About RT-Connections –

The Founder and President of RT-Connections, LLC, Andrea Swick began her recruiting career in the 1990s at a retained executive search firm in Atlanta, Georgia. She eventually returned to Texas and joined a Houston-based staffing company that specializes in placing upstream oil and gas professionals, and later accepted a position with a boutique administrative/clerical agency. At RT-Connections, Andrea is excited to offer companies a level of service that meets her personal definition of “excellence”.

Andrea works with a select group of clients who have come to appreciate the level of personal attention that she extends. As a small, woman-owned agency, RT-Connections understands that it cannot afford to sacrifice quality for quantity, and we take great pride in matching the best possible candidate to each client’s request. Equally, RT-Connections has a reputation for making candidates feel as though they are actually being heard as they discuss their individual career goals. We take a sincere interest in and really enjoy helping each applicant define and obtain their “dream job”.

A native Houstonian, Andrea lives with her family in the West Houston area. Andrea is an active member and social chairperson of the Houston Independent Personnel Consultants.
